PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

Refunds or a Store Credit will be issued for full-priced merchandise purchased online within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of goods, provided that the items have not been worn, used, or altered in any way and all original tags are still attached. Please submit a Return Request via email. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted items and please indicate in the Return Request whether you prefer a credit card refund or store credit. 

**Please Note: All discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE. 

All products returned must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags still attached and a copy of the sales invoice. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. For your security, please return your package with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Pink Hanger is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive the returned item, it will take 48 hours to process the refund or store credit. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us!

The Pink Hanger will gladly exchange or issue store credit within 10 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued in-store. All returned items must be unworn with original tags attached. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE. Online orders may not be returned in-store. Any purchases made online must be returned through an insured carrier.
